YES, we do!  Sadly, we have moved from our flagship shoppe in Tomball. But we have partnered with a couple shops, both in Tomball & Old Town Spring, to still serve you.

We have 'pop up' shops at these two locations & both offer a very good variety of retail goods.  Please note that not all merchandise is available at both locations, but most is available online & can be purchased directly with us.  And all online orders over $50, ships FREE!

Do you take custom orders? TOP

Yes!  If you ever see a design you love, but you would like to know the availability of it in another color or fabric choice etc... Please contact me.  Almost every item found here is hand-made and can be made to fit your needs.

What is your return & exchange policy? TOP

If you receive defective merchandise, please email us at shop@aidangrace.com. Due to different manufacturers’ policies regarding the handling of defective merchandise, it is very important that you DO NOT automatically send defective products back to us. Please note that Aidan Grace, LLC will not be held responsible for the shipping costs if a manufacturer requires the item to be returned before replacement.

Due to the constantly rotating stock here at the shoppe, an exchange is not always an option.  In that case a refund in the form of a store credit will be issued & valid for ONE YEAR.  ANY exchange for ANY reason must be requested within 5 days & returned to us within 7 days of purchase, and item must be in original condition. It is important to note that original condition means that the item is free from lint, pet hair, odor, smoke, burns, stains, etc., and must have original tags and packaging, if applicable. We recommend that you insure any return shipments since we cannot be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the mail. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be charged for the actual cost of shipping the product(s), which includes packaging, postage and handling with a minimum of $5.00. Please note that some items are not eligible for return or exchange for ANY REASON, see below.

SALES OF ITEMS BELOW ARE FINAL.  No exchanges or store credit will be given:

Soaps, lotions, creams, balms, feeding/bottles/pacifiers or teethers, skin care, shampoos, body washes and other personal use/care products may not be returned for any reason.

Clearance, closeout, flash and marked down sale items may not be returned for any reason.



How long until my order is shipped? TOP

Our shoppe inventory falls into two categories, bespoke (handmade/custom order & boutique/ready to ship).  Each listing will be noted as 'bespoke' or 'boutique' & I do try to keep current ship times up to date. 

This means that if your order includes both categories of 'bespoke' & 'boutique', the longest turn-around quoted is what your ship time will be.  If you'd prefer your boutique/ready to ship order be shipped ASAP, please place that order separately.

Examples:

-You order a 'bespoke' onesie & a 'boutique' wubbanub for a shower gift.  The turn-around for the entire order to ship falls into the 14-21 business days.

-You order a 'boutique' pacifier clip & a Toofeze (both boutique items). Your order will be processed & shipped within the 1-3 business days.

-It's Monday, and you have a baby shower to attend this weekend & you want to gift the Mom-To-Be a 'bespoke' onesie & a set of Natursutten bottles. PLEASE place these orders separately so that you will receive the bottles to gift at the shower.  The onesie should be purchased in a separate order as to not hold up your processing time.

*PLEASE NOTE WE DO HAVE INVENTORY ON HAND FOR SITE SALES AS WELL AS AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, AND OCCASIONALLY THE ITEMS YOU HAVE SELECTED IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK.  IF THIS IS THE CASE YOU WILL BE CONTACTED ASAP TO ESTABLISH IF YOU'D PREFER AN ALTERNATE IN STOCK ITEM, WAIT FOR REPLENISHMENT OR A REFUND.  THIS RARELY OCCURS, BUT WITH SHIFTING INVENTORY, IT IS ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY.

*September - January are our busiest months because they involve Halloween & Christmas.  Orders may be delayed during  these months, but I promise when your design is delivered it will be perfection & well worth the wait!

If you are ever un-sure or want to make sure an item will make it to you by a specific date, please contact me regarding it prior to placing your order.  That is what I am here for & will give you an accurate estimate & we discuss whether a "rush order" can be done on the particular item you are in need of.

Will my item be exactly as displayed? TOP

I strive to make each item as beautiful and perfect as the last. However, colors, materials and/or embellishments may not be available or discontinued due to season etc. In this event I will make sure the item looks fabulous with an alternative color, style or embellishment. Keep in mind computer resolution may vary, ribbon, fabric & thread colors may appear darker or brighter in person.

How do I care for my appliquéd clothing? TOP

I highly recommend dry cleaning our hand-crafted designs.  They can be hand washed in cold water as well & laid flat to dry as well.  Proper care of you hand-made clothing will keep it looking new for years to come!
